KamaBrasa provides its Customers and visitors with a unified contact channel for any request, question or complaint regarding products, orders, delivery, after-sales service or the brand in general. To facilitate processing, the Customer is asked to include their name, order number (if applicable), and the precise nature of their request in all correspondence. An imprecise request or one that does not allow the order to be identified may result in a longer processing time.

Response Time, Complaints, and Mediation

KamaBrasa strives to respond within a reasonable timeframe, generally within forty-eight business hours. However, no specific contractual deadline can be held against the Seller, particularly during periods of high demand, holidays, or exceptional circumstances. Any complaint must be sent by email to support@kamabrasa.com, which is the Publisher's official channel for all written correspondence. The Customer is requested to formulate their complaint clearly, precisely, and with documentation including photographs, references, and dates to allow for efficient processing. In accordance with article L612-1 of the Consumer Code, in the event of a dispute not resolved directly with customer service, the consumer Customer may free of charge resort to the CNPM Médiation Consommation mediation service located at 27 avenue de la Libération, 42400 Saint-Chamond, and accessible online at cnpm-mediation-consommation.eu. The mediator can only be contacted after a prior attempt at direct agreement with the Seller. Any notification, formal notice, or legal correspondence must imperatively be sent by email to support@kamabrasa.com, which is the Publisher's official reception address. Any correspondence sent to another address may be considered undelivered and not enforceable against the Seller.
