SHIPPING POLICY
Areas and Deadlines
KamaBrasa ships its products worldwide, subject to restrictions imposed by local regulations, the capabilities of partner carriers, and the accessibility conditions of the delivery address. Certain isolated destinations, those subject to embargo, or those presenting excessive logistical risks may be subject to discretionary refusal by the Seller. In such a case, the Customer will be informed before final validation, and the order will be cancelled without charge. The indicative delivery time is five to fourteen business days from the order confirmation, excluding periods of high demand, force majeure, customs constraints, or exceptional logistical issues. This timeframe is a simple estimate and does not bind the Seller to a specific date. Any potential delay cannot justify cancellation or compensation, except where mandated by law. For deliveries outside the European Union, additional delays may apply due to customs formalities.
Costs, Procedures, and Verification Upon Receipt
Shipping costs are indicated to the Customer before final order validation, based on the delivery country, and the weight and volume of the ordered products. Any taxes, customs duties, or import fees applicable outside the European Union are entirely the responsibility of the Customer. Products are delivered on a pallet, to the address provided by the Customer. Unloading, handling, internal transport within the premises, and assembly are entirely the responsibility of the Customer. The Customer is expressly advised to arrange adequate physical assistance with a minimum of two people for receipt, especially for models exceeding twenty-five kilograms. At the time of delivery, the Customer is required to check the condition of the package, packaging, and product in the presence of the carrier. In case of apparent damage, the Customer must make precise written reservations on the carrier's delivery slip and notify customer service at support@kamabrasa.com within a maximum of three business days, supported by photographs. Any late or insufficiently documented claim will be inadmissible. The risk of loss and damage to the products is transferred to the Customer upon actual delivery of the package by the carrier. In the event of the Customer's absence during delivery, storage fees, redelivery fees, or return to warehouse fees may be charged and will be entirely borne by the Customer. An order not received due to the Customer's negligence may be considered abandoned after thirty days, without refund.
