Where large brands industrialize on a large scale, we manufacture in deliberately controlled batches. You are not buying an anonymous product off a production line. You are buying a piece that is thoughtfully designed, shaped, and guaranteed, along with the promise to pass it on.
Yes. The kamado descends from the mushikamado, a Japanese clay oven perfected over centuries to master the fire slowly and smoothly. It is this tradition that we are reviving, executing it with European standards in our workshop in France.
A life, and beyond. Refractory ceramics do not wear out like steel: no rust, no deformation, no thermal fatigue. It is an object designed to last through the years and to be passed down as Japanese artisans did centuries ago.
Mastery. A classic barbecue heats from above, you constantly monitor, the temperature goes all over the place. A ceramic kamado stabilizes the heat and distributes it evenly: you can smoke at 110 °C for twelve hours just as well as you can sear at over 400 °C in a few minutes. Four cooking methods in one device: grilling, smoking, pizza oven, roasting.

(a more precise delay will be notified according to the order) Our kamados are not stored in large quantities: each piece goes through a demanding manufacturing process of shaping the ceramic, firing, glazing, and quality control that takes time. Free delivery, on a pallet, anywhere in Europe. The carrier drops the pallet in front of your home (at the foot of the building or at the entrance of the property). Plan for two people for the initial setup. Once assembled on its wheels, your kamado moves by itself.
No. Your kamado arrives mostly pre-assembled. The assembly is limited to securing the chassis, placing the ceramic body on top, and installing the grill and shelves. Allow 30 to 45 minutes with two people. An illustrated manual accompanies each delivery, and our customer service remains available if needed.
Natural charcoal in large pieces, without additives or impregnation. Absolutely avoid flavored or scented briquettes: they alter the taste and damage the ceramic in the long term. The premium charcoal we offer as an accessory is selected for its slow burning and subtle aroma.
Much longer than a classic barbecue. Thanks to the thickness of the ceramic and precise air control, a single load of charcoal can last 10 to 16 hours at low temperature, enough to smoke a whole beef brisket without intervention. At high temperature, you can sear multiple servings with the same load.
Brushing the grill after each use, emptying the ash pan when it is full. That's all for regular use. For winter, a suitable cover and a sheltered location (not necessarily covered) are enough; the ceramic is not afraid of cold or humidity. It's an object that lives outside, all year round.
